The use of ctrs.gr is governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which users are invited to read carefully and comply with on each visit and use of ctrs.gr. The use of ctrs.gr requires and implies unconditional acceptance of these terms, provided that the user fills in the corresponding acceptance field, whereby the user's explicit and unconditional acceptance as well as his legal capacity are considered. The Terms are governed by the provisions of Greek Legislation, especially those concerning consumer protection, e-commerce, personal data protection, protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, as applicable. All information related to personal user data, guaranteed as confidential.Be assured that only authorized employees have access to transaction information and only when this is necessary, e.g. for the processing of the booking. Furthermore, CRETAN TRANSPORTATION SERVICES S.A. commits not to disclose customer information and transactions.All payments by card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Obligations of users
The visitor/user have the responsibility for accessing ctrs.gr website services and the access may require paying taxes to third parties (eg internet service providers, charging time in internet). Refund Policy
No refund can be claimed if the customer misses their excursion due to their own fault. In case you have paid for your reservation on a trip and do not make your trip, CTRS refunds 70% of the reservation price if the passenger cancels their booking 12:00pm (noon) on the date before their excursion.Ιf you cancel your booking 2 days before your departure from your pick-up point, you are entitled to receive a full refund of the price you paid. If the cancellation occurs after this time no refund can be claimed. If you do not contact CTRS within the aforementioned time frames, you cannot claim a refund afterwards.
