Voucher Issuance Terms
Only passengers who present a valid voucher are entitled to transportation. In the case of an electronic voucher, this means that you must present in printed form or in electronic format ,the ticket file that has been sent to you in PDF format after the completion of the reservation. A ticket that has been modified or altered in any way, and if the alteration or modification was not carried out by us, is not considered valid. The ticket can only be used for the route specified therein, including the place and time of departure, and the destination. The passenger is required to carry the voucher with them during the journey and to present it to the driver or controller whenever requested.
Reservation Procedure
Users must follow specific steps to make a reservation for a travel excursion, as presented on the website. After completing the specified actions, the user will receive a confirmation email with a PDF file containing the voucher details, which must be presented at the departure location for the specific route.If the user does not receive a transaction receipt (either through a confirmation page or via email) after submitting their details to complete the reservation/transaction, or if an error message occurs or the service is interrupted during the submission of the details, it is the user's responsibility to contact the company to inquire whether the transaction has been completed or not. The company does not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the user if, for any reason, they did not receive confirmation of their reservation/transaction.Prices are confirmed at the final stage of the reservation when the user clicks on the "Complete Reservation" button.Only users who present a valid electronic purchase confirmation document, along with their identification, are entitled to transportation.The pick-up times displayed at the completion of the reservation may change from the day the user made the transaction until the day of departure. In case of changes to the departure times and if the user has provided contact details, the company will attempt to contact them as early as possible to inform them of the changes so that they can adjust their travel schedule accordingly. However, it is the user's responsibility to contact the company and verify that the itinerary will operate as initially scheduled.
